China Since early 2004, Insightful has worked with CMHC and NRCan promoting Super E to the Chinese housing market. Arthur Lo has been involved in the development of many promotional and technical materials, including translating the Super E Technical Requirement into Chinese and has delivered seminars and training courses in China as well. To this day, Insightful is the chief technical consultant for Super E in China. Super E was developed as an export version of the R-2000 Program by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). Working alongside the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation International (CMHC) and the Canadian Government, Super E has become an international initiative adapting high quality, high performance Canadian housing approaches for the international environmental building community worldwide. After establishing itself in the Japanese market, Super E was adapted for the UK, Ireland, and China. Super E will provide excellent housing anywhere in the world, since it can perform in these diverse climates and markets. This program blends the best practices from Canada and the partner countries to create the best housing design, technology, and construction. In addition to Super E, Insightful has just started a Canadian Zero Ready Community in Shanghai.
