In 2004, Arthur Lo set up Insightful Healthy Homes Inc. to expand into the booming home construction market in China. In particular, Insightful addressed the demands for energy efficient and healthy homes. Apart from exploring the Chinese market, Insightful continues to work on building technology development and home construction consultancy in Canada.

Arthur is a Super E Design Professional. He is also a member of the International Training Team in CMHC International.

Before 1994, Arthur worked as a civil engineer in the Hong Kong government, involved in projects related to the Hong Kong International Airport, water treatment plants, highways and bridges. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master Degree in civil engineering.

In 1994, Arthur founded WISA Healthy Homes Inc. From 1994 to 2004 he acted as President of Wisa, during this period, WISA won many awards.

He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom, since 1987.
