Technology Transfer In 2004, Arthur Lo set up Insightful Healthy Homes Inc. in response to the demand for energy efficient and healthy homes in China as well as to develop building technology and research. Insightful is the still the leading technical consultant for Super E projects in China, and Arthur Lo continues to provide training, technology transfer, and quality assurance of the Super E program to Chinese contractors. In addition to provide training regarding Super E, Insightful has delivered seminars on Canadian wood-frame construction, energy efficiency, and other healthy and environmentally friendly initiatives.
